Booking/Cancellation Policy

We are licensed for six passengers per boat. Children and adults, whatever age or size, are considered a passenger according to the U.S. Coast Guard.  We cannot take more than six people.

Reservations require a 100% deposit to secure your cruise. Should the weather or conditions be deemed unsafe, we will give you a “rain check” to another date, or refund your deposit in full, your choice.

Your trip itinerary can be altered day of as long as it does not interfere with the next scheduled tour. Remember, this is your tour and we can go where you want in the allotted time.

If you must reschedule for some reason, please give us as much notice as possible. 

Cancellation: To get a full refund you must cancel your charter at least 24 hours in advance from trip start.
